Show up.
The city is
already there.

Same sun. Different skies. A brighter you.

Grace, on purpose.

Missed a day? That's okay. Life happens. One gap in seven keeps your streak, and Sundays are rest.

Progress, not pressure.

A more human practice

Who it's for.

People who already rise

You have a few quiet moments. Turn them into something meaningful.

Cities, not isolates

The count sits with your city. It is company, not a rank to defend.

Eyes closed

No mirrors, no metrics, no performance. Just you, your breath and the morning light.

A brighter tomorrow

Begin at sunrise.

Android is live. iOS is next.

Common questions

Questions.

Still have a question? Reach out

When should I practice?

In your local sunrise window. The day rolls over at sunrise in your city, not on a global clock.

What is a round?

Twelve namaskāras. You choose how many rounds to do, from one to nine.

What if I miss a day?

One missed day in a seven-day window does not break the streak. Two does. Sundays are rest.

Is there an iOS app?

Not yet. Android is on Google Play. Join the iOS waitlist and we will write when it ships.

How do I delete my data?

From the app: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Or write from the email on your account.
